To comply with our agreement with Pro Sound Effects on using the On-line Library, your attention on the following is required,

1. All sound effects in this library are for non profit-making educational purposes only.
   
2. All sound effects in this library are royalty free if you use it in your works during the license period (from every 19 Sept to 18 Sept in the next year).
   
3. Redistribution of sound effects is NOT allowed.
   
4. The library is accessible ONLY from SCM Office and Lab computers.
   (WiFi-connected computers are NOT eligible)
   
   *** During the online teaching period, you can also access this library from home after connecting the SCM lab computers remotely. Please refer to this Procedures to Remote Access SCM Lab Computer for details on how to setup this remote connection. ***
5. The login is automatic, so you do not need to login by yourself.
6. The Online Library performs best with Chrome or Firefox web browsers. If you're having issues using Safari, Internet Explorer, or another browser, please try using Chrome or Firefox instead.
7. Please consult your teacher(s) if you need to use the sound effects for competitions, exhibitions and activities other than homeworks.
8. Please read and acknowledge the following End User License Agreement before you proceed to use the Pro Sound Effects Library.
