FAQ - Logon Problems

  • Why I cannot logon SCMLAB computers and Production Centre's Online-Booking System with my SCMLAB computer account?
    • There are different reasons if you cannot logon SCMLAB computers and the Online-Booking System
      1. The initial password of new account has not been activated

To comply with the policy, your SCMLAB (not CITYUMD) computer account password is set to expire and you are required to change it before 17 Mar 2015.
